Sandra Mianda

Paypr.work Founder | Fintech Leader | LinkedIn Top Voice

My name is Sandra Mianda, and I have been in the payments industry for 15 years. I am the founder and CEO of Paypr.work, a payments consultancy offering Fintech strategy, Go-To-Market advisory, thought leadership, and asset production to merchants, FinTechs, banks, and the wider payments players community.

What sets Paypr.work apart is our unique blend of direct payment expertise, out-of-the box thinking, and creative approach to communicating complex payment concepts. I am really passionate about breaking down industry jargon, making payments education accessible, while offering strategic, innovative approaches that help clients not only understand the landscape but also thrive within it. Whether it’s content creation, payment strategies, or project management, my focus is on bringing fresh perspectives and seamless collaboration. Over the years, I’ve built a wide network of experts in different areas of payments, which allows me to collaborate effectively and offer a compelling service tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Why Paypr.work?

Years of experience working with large, small, established corporates and Fintechs led me to take the leap in early 2022 and quit the corporate world to set up Paypr.work.

Prior to that, I held a number of commercial roles predominantly working in established payments organisation like Barclays, Paypal, WEX and Elavon | US bank, through which I gained solid foundations in large scale projects payments and expertise in areas such as:

  • Travel, Hospitality & Airlines payments
  • Multicurrency And Dynamic Currency Conversions
  • Multi PSP routing strategies
  • Virtual Cards
  • Credit Lending etc

From an academic background, I initially took on some Communications studies in the Netherlands before enrolling onto an Economics curriculum in Brussels, being fascinated by the principle of International Commerce. That led me to the UK in 2006 to pursue a career in Banking… and the rest is history.

Having grown an organic community of 35,000+ followers between my personal page and the Paypr.work company page, I am thrilled to be recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice. I am also particularly delighted to be sitting on the Advisory Board of European’s leading merchants and payments event, MPE.

Pia Mitchell

Fractional Head of Operations

I partner with Paypr.work as Fractional Head of Operations, leading operational strategy and infrastructure across the business.

Working closely with founder Sandra Mianda and the wider team, I support operational leadership across Paypr.work’s strategic priorities and key initiatives. My role focuses on building the operational foundations that support growth, overseeing delivery across projects, guiding the team and implementing the systems and processes that enable consistent execution.

At the core of my work is ensuring that vision translates into execution. I help move strategic initiatives from concept to delivery with structure, clarity and measurable impact, both for Paypr.work and the clients we support.

Before this work, I spent over a decade working across logistics, operations and business delivery roles in corporate and scaling environments, including within the payments ecosystem. It was during this time working in the payments industry that I first met Sandra through our shared work in the sector.

Those years gave me a front row view of what strong operational foundations can unlock and what begins to break when growth moves faster than the structure supporting it.

That experience shapes how I approach operations today. My role is to ensure strategic initiatives move forward with structure, clear coordination, defined processes and consistent execution.

Francisco Chambel

Operations & Project Coordinator

As Operations & Project Coordinator at Paypr.work, I support the operational engine of the business by coordinating projects, managing core workstreams and maintaining the systems that enable consistent delivery.

Working closely with founder Sandra Mianda and the wider delivery team, I coordinate operational delivery across both client and internal initiatives. I manage project workflows, track timelines and dependencies, and maintain the operational systems that support structured execution.

I also act as a key communication line between the Paypr.work team, clients and partners, ensuring information flows clearly, meetings translate into structured actions and projects move forward with alignment.

My focus is creating structure behind the work, helping translate strategic initiatives into organised delivery that supports Paypr.work and its clients.

Israel Ogunniyi

Lead Designer

As the Creative Designer and Video Production Lead at Paypr.work, I lead the visual strategy and creative execution across both the brand and its portfolio of global client projects.

Working closely with the founder, Sandra Mianda, and the wider delivery team, I provide creative leadership across both client projects and internal initiatives. Through visuals, thought leadership and video content, I translate complex strategic thinking into clear and compelling communication, ensuring every asset carries a coherent narrative, strengthens the brand and supports the company’s commercial ambitions.

I also oversee the evolution of Paypr.work’s design systems, creating the structure and consistency required for the business to scale its thought leadership, visual storytelling and multimedia production globally.

My focus is turning strategy into signal by creating the visual and creative infrastructure that allows complex ideas to travel, influence conversations and strengthen Paypr.work’s authority in the payments ecosystem, delivering credibility, clarity and measurable impact for Paypr.work and its clients.
